About Shoshana

Shoshana is currently in the practising phase of her pupillage working in the following areas:

• Costs
• Clinical Negligence
• Personal Injury

In 2018 following a competitive selection process, Shoshana was awarded the Lord Denning major scholarship from Lincoln’s Inn. Previously, she graduated from Newcastle University with a first class law degree. Thereafter, having achieved a distinction in her Master of Laws at Durham University, Shoshana obtained an outstanding on the Bar Professional Training Course in Bristol. She is also a qualified civil and commercial mediator.

Prior to commencing pupillage, Shoshana taught law at two sixth form colleges in Cambridge. Within a short period of time, her determination and excellence led to the law department achieving their highest results of the decade. Whilst at University, she was an active member of the Royal Air Force (Volunteer Reserves), where she progressed through the flying syllabus and participated in adventurous training. Additionally, Shoshana wrote an article based on the legality of the execution of Charles I, which was published in the North East Law Review.

Personal

In her spare time, Shoshana enjoys a variety of sporting activities, including swimming, netball and walking her golden cocker spaniel, Bailey. In recent months, she has turned her hand to many DIY jobs as, together with her fiancé, they are renovating their home.
